Prenatal and postnatal sessions are customized to your individuals needs and offer nourishing practices of movement, breath, relaxation, meditation, and lifestyle recommendations to support the changing needs of pregnancy and prepare the body for birth as well as to create mind-body-spirit rejuvenation and balance after childbirth.

Yoga, from the Sanskrit word for union, is a system of mind-body practices that promote physical, mental, and spiritual health and expansion of consciousness. The practice of yoga originated in India, and is first mentioned in the philosophical texts known as the Vedas around 2500 BC.  Research has confirmed that yoga yields improvements in a variety of health-related outcomes such as heart-rate variability, blood glucose levels, blood lipids, salivary cortisol, and oxidative stress.  Yoga also appears to improve self-reported measures of fatigue, pain, and sleep!
